Executive Summary: This report presents the findings of a comprehensive needs assessment aimed at identifying the training needs for improving the digital competences of educators. Conducted under Work Package 2.1 of the InSchool project, the assessment involved educators from Bulgaria, Spain, North Macedonia, and Portugal. - Enhancing support structures and mechanisms within schools.
- Addressing the digital divide and ensuring access to modern ICT resources.
Conclusion: This report underscores the critical need for ongoing professional development and the integration of digital resources to prepare educators and students for the digital age. By addressing these needs, the InSchool project aims to reduce early school leaving and improve digital readiness in the education sector.
